Abstract

This Decree provides for participation by persons that have not yet reached the age of 25 years in fishing for cod, haddock and coalfish in a period from 26 June to 11 August 2006. Section 3 outlines conditions for participation. The Decree also provides for registration with regional office of the Fisheries Directorate, bycatch and the use of gear and prescribes offences.
