Abstract

This Decree amends Decree No. 43/87 on the National measures for the conservation of living resources applicable to fishing in ocean or inland waters under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of Portugal and Decree No. 14/2000 establishing the requirements and conditions for the installation and exploitation of marine cultures and related facilities as well as the conditions of transfer and termination of fishing concessions and licenses. Amendments deal with fishing gears and methods; fishing authorization requirements; administrative and legal proceedings, etc.
