Abstract

This Decree concerns control of fishing for coastal sprat and herring with lights east of Lindesnes in the EEZ of Norway (statistical area 09). The Fisheries Directorate may prohibit purse seine fishing with lights in specified periods. The Decree specifies reporting and other duties so as to facilitate work of observers of the Fisheries Directorate.
