Abstract

This Decree establishes mandatory safety requirements for dietary foodstuffs destined for persons with health problems. The aforesaid foodstuffs shall be destined for special dietary uses and by composition and processing is clearly distinct from common foodstuffs and must be sold exclusively as pre-packed. Label must bear inscription stating energetic value of products, daily consumption rate and, in case of necessity, cooking instructions.
