Abstract

This Decree specifies criteria for participation in fishing for cod, haddock and coalfish by vessels under and over 28 metres of length north of 62 °N which fish with seine and trawl and conventional gear. The Decree prohibits in principle fishing by Norwegian vessels for any of these species in the area specified bur establishes fishing quotas for each species exempted from the prohibition.
