Abstract

This Decree applies to all fishing for red fish by Norwegian and foreign vessels in the territorial and inners waters of Svalbard. All fishing, including experimental fishing, is prohibited but a bycatch of 15 percent is allowed. Infringement of this rule shall be punished in accordance with section 4 of the Act relating to Svalbard.
