Abstract

This Decree applies to all fishing for red fish by Norwegian and foreign vessels in the fisheries protection zone of Svalbard. Bycatch of 15 percent is allowed. Infringement of this rule shall be punished in accordance with sections 8 and 9 of the Act relating to the Economic Zone of Norway.
