Article 4 prescribes a close season for stock propagation purposes from 1 March to 20 May 2006. Article 3 prohibits the use of anglerfish nets with a mesh size of less than 180 mm of "half mesh". No fish under 60 mm shall be caught with nets. Nets which are used for fishing for anglerfishes shall be smoked at least every third day. The Decree specifies also requirements for the use of nets and the amount of bycatch.
