Abstract

The Decree provides for the approval of quarantine units in aquaculture establishments and provides rules relative to; movement of fish from and to such units (also in relation with importation from countries that are not a member of the EEA); to quarantine of imported live fish. Control and approval shall be done by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority; and testing, sampling and diagnosis of aquaculture animals.
