Abstract

Article 7a here introduces additional criteria for plant protection substances as ;laid down in points 2.5.1.3 and 2.5.2 of Part C of Council Directive 97/57/Ec which establishes Annex VI of the Council Directive concerning placing on the market of plant protection substances, No. 414 of 1991. Articles 3 and 8 are amended subsequently.
