Entry into force notes

First entry into force on 1 January 2014. The latest consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 January 2015.

Abstract

This Decree provides more detailed rules to specify certain provisions of the Basic Law on fisheries and the protection of fish. The most important clarifications regard the protection of the habitat of fish, the protection of fish stocks, fish farming waters and their register, fishing licences and tickets, the rules of fishing and angling, fish farming plans, reporting and collection of fish farming data and the guard service.
