Section 2 requires the daily smoking of nets that are lowered into the sea. The Director of Fisheries may prohibit the use of fixed gear on certain days. Section 4 prescribes allowed nets per vessels depending upon the size of the vessel and the number of crew. The Director of Fisheries shall be in charge of control of observation of the present rules.
