Exempted from the requirement are installations which produce fish exclusively for commercial mariculture and installations which have obtained a permit in accordance with Act No. 19 of 1981 or Act No. 68 of 1985. The permit shall be valid for a specific locality and for certain maximum size. The permit shall not be granted for polluting installations or operations which cause spreading of fish diseases or which are contrary to municipal planning.
