Abstract

Importation of aquatic organisms which for use exclusively in closed aquariums is exempted from the prohibition to import freshwater organisms as laid down in section 8 of the Act relative to salmons and freshwater fish. The Director of Nature Conservation may however prohibit the importation of single species destined for aquarium use.
