Abstract Annex 1 to this Decree shows standard flood levels of rivers, determined on the basis of hydrological characteristics, to be taken into account when planning and realizing any construction or waterworks along river banks and dams, crossing river beds or flood protection works. The levels of security height are contained in Annexes 2 and 3 respectively listed by river and levee segments.
