It shall be prohibited to fish with nets for blue ling and Greenland halibut in the period of 1 September until 30 April of each fishing year. Section 3 requires the smoking of nets every second day and the removal of lose parts. Section 4 places limits on fishing with nets and fish pots in specified areas.
