Abstract This Decree of the Department of Environment regulates the release of anadromous salmons and freshwater fish, including roe and young fish, in watercourses, fjords and marine areas, and of other freshwater organisms in watercourses. It shall not apply to fish stocking in the sense of Act No. 47 of 1992 or Act No. 68 of 1985. The county official in charge may grant permits for the release of fish for fish farming purposes.
