Abstract The Act relative to the registration of the first purchasers of raw fish, sections 4 and 5 of which are implemented by the present Decree, aims at the control of turnover of fish in sales immediately after catch. This Decree specifies conditions for continuing registration of buyers in first instance and lays down rules which apply in the case of suspension of or withdrawal from commercial activities by buyers of first instance.
