Abstract This Decree is based on the third paragraph of article 2 of the Pesticides Act and implements article 3, second paragraph, of EC Council Directive 91/414/EC, as amended, concerning placing on the market of plant protection products. The Act leaves open the possibility to regulate by Decree the sale, having in stock, or use of pesticides which are not admitted on the Dutch market if these pesticides are destined for exportation. Persons who have such pesticides shall keep a register from which results clearly the name as shown on the packing and possible an admission number of the country of destination, the quantity of packing units of each delivery, the remaining stock after delivery, date of delivery, the total stock, the name and address of the supplier or the purchaser of the pesticides (art. 3).
