Abstract

This Decree sets out rules governing the production and marketing of propagating material for cultivated mushrooms belonging to the species listed in Annex I, as well as their hybrids. In particular, the Decree specifies the phytosanitary conditions to be fulfilled by such propagating material to be certified and then be placed on the market. Packaging requirements are also laid down. Producers must be registered in the National Register set up under Legislative Decree No. 214 of 2005.
