Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, lays down details of the use of the animal for public performance or training for public performance. The Annex specifies the list of animals whose use for the purposes of a public performance or training for the purpose of a public performance is prohibited. Public performance is defined as one-time or repeated demonstration of the animal or activities with the animal, during which the exercises and other activities were acquired through training of an animal.
