This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three articles and three Annexes, lays down details on conditions, requirements and procedures for aerial application of plant protection products. Aerial application in agriculture, forestry and water management of plant protection products is done from the air and is advisable to use where ground conditions, longer duration of use of the product and a significant economic disadvantage does not allow the use of land application in cases listed in art.1. The form of application for aearial use of plant protection products is specified in Annex 1.
