It regulates the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances to be placed in the market which are considered harmful for the human and the natural environment. The Decree-Law implements the Council Directive No. 67/548/ECC of 27 June 1967 and subsequent amendments such as the Directive No. 121 of 2006.
