Abstract This Decree-Law establishes the first amendment to Decree-Law No. 61/2010, of June 9, transposing into national legislation Commission Directive No. 2013/10/UE on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to aerosol dispensers in order to adapt their National provisions on labelling classification and misture substance labelling. Aerosol products containing mixtures placed on the market before 1 June 2015 do not need to be re-labelled until 1 June 2017.
