This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes the first Amendments to Decree-Law No. 141/2010 establishing renewable energy National goals. Amended articles 4, 5 and 10-14 of Decree-Law No. 141/2010, deal with administrative and legal proceedings, and any activity related to the promotion of renewable energy use, in the framework of the National Energy Strategy 2020 the renewable energy National goals.
