Entry into force notes
This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law is composed of 4 articles. It authorizes the Government to approve the Forestry Code together with related specific sanctions and penalties. The Law defines precise limits to the legislative authorization issued to the Government regarding environmental protection measures and applicable sanctions to be provided for in the Code.
