This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law transposes for National legislation the EU Commission Execution Policy No. 2013/45/UE on tomato planting material marketing. It amends the requirements for marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material, other than seed, as amended by EU Commission Executive Directive No. 2013/45, dated 7 August 2013.
