Abstract

This Decree-Law amends and approves maximum residue limits of phytopharmaceutical products allowed in agricultural products of plant origin, including fruit, vegetables and cereals. It is composed of 5 articles, i.e. 1) amendments of established maximum residue limits; 2) approval of new maximum residue limits; 3) sanction regime; 4) repealed norms and 5) entry into force.
