Abstract

This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 79/409 of 2 April (establishing protective measures for certain wild bird species). It establishes a protected zone along the estuary of Tago's River in order to protect bird species and habitats. It consists of 13 articles, concerning hunting prohibition, controls and sanctions for offenders. An annex specifies geographical coordinates of such protected zone.
