In particular, it defines rules for storage, transport, decontamination and elimination of devices and equipment containing PCB, with the aim of achieving total destruction of used PCB. The Decree-Law introduces a registry and a licensing system. Finally, it defines control and monitoring measures. The annexes provide the registry of PBC, marking standards for PCB equipment and labelling indicators.
