Abstract

This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No.14/99, 12 January and implements Commission directive 32 (which recognizes European protected zones exposed to specific phytosanitary risks) and. Commission Directive 33 (regarding phytosanitary protective measures destined to avoid introduction and dispersion of harmful organisms to plant and plant products in the EU).
