Abstract This Decree-Law is composed of five Chapters divided in 21 articles and several Annexes. It introduces in the National legal order the Directive n.º 2005/32/EC of the European Parliament and Council and regulates eco-design requirements for energy-using products. Particular attention is paid to control procedures. The Annexes provide methods to be used for setting specific requirements as well as conformity control procedures.
