Abstract

This Decree-Law introduces and approves Commission Directives No. 2002/5/CE, 30 January and 2002/23/CE, 26 February, concerning maximum limit active and residue phytopharmaceutical (pesticides) substances allowed in vegetable origin agricultural products (including fruit, cereals and vegetables).
