It consists of 19 articles and 6 annexes establishing biodiversity, wildlife and habitats protection within national territory, according to economic, social and cultural needs. It provides for flora and fauna protecting measures, regulates hunting activity (prohibited hunting gear and methods) and establishes protected zones. Sanctions to be paid by offenders for illegal activity are specified in the text.
