This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, composed of 15 articles and one Annex, introduces in the National legal system the EC Directives amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market. It includes in the Positive Community List (LPC) the active substances: Mecoprop, Mecoprop-P, Propiconazole, Molinate, Thiram, Ziram, paraquat, benzoic acid, mepanipyrim, pseudomonas chlororaphis, and others. The Decree-Law updates and revises the authorisations on active substances.
