This Decree-Law enters into force 30 days after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law regulates forestry management plans (PGF) to be applied within forestry lands. It consists of 15 articles and 2 Annexes establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to exploit forests, according to the forestry regional plans (PROF) and protective measures. Controls on the fulfilment of forestry sector and sanctions to be paid by offenders are specified in the text. Annexes list the items to be content by these plans.
