Abstract

This Decree-Law introduces in the national legal order the European Commission Directives No. 2004/59/CE and 2004/61/CE ruling on Maximum Residues Limits(MRL) for plant protection products or agricultural products of plant origin. The Annexes provide a list of the residues of active substances of plant protection products and MRL.
