This Decree-Law enters into force the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law is composed of nine articles and three Annexes. It introduces, in the national legal order, EC Directive No. 2005/31/CE, further regulating ceramics use with foodstuff, with particular regards to lead and cadmium limits and to applicable sanctions. The annexes provide basic identification rules, analysis methods and limit values for the afore said substances.
