Abstract This Decree-Law establishes the ninth amendments to Decree-Law No. 154/2005 on National phytosanitary system. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings related to phytosanitary inspectors’ role and functions, and on the production, circulation and import of vegetable products and other produtcs. Amended Annexes list new harmful organisms, prohibited vegetables and vegetable products, inspection requirements, protected areas, as well as phytosanitary certification models and other relevant provisions.
