Abstract This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 152/2009 transferring into National legislation the Council Directive 2006/88/EC of 24 October 2006 on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof. It establishes prevention and control requirements of certain diseases in aquatic animals, concerning the dissemination of spring viremia of carp, and lists fish species susceptible to VHS and suppression the entry for epizootic ulcerative syndrome, and the Execution Policy No. 2014/22/EU of the Commission of 13 February 2014 amending Annex IV of Council Directive 2006/88/EC, with regard to infectious salmon anemia.
