Abstract This Decree-Law Is composed of five articles and one Annex. It introduces in the national legal system: Commission Directive 2007/40/EC on protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community; Commission Directive 2007/41/EC on protective measures against the introduction of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. Accordingly, It amends national legislation, in particular Decree-Law No. 154/2005.
