Abstract This Decree-Law, composed of 33 articles divided in five Chapters, regulates oil management, addressing both old and new oil. The aim is to prevent production, in a dangerous amount, of oil waste by supporting recycling and other types of valorization. In particular, the Decree-Law establishes an integrated management system and regulates oil uses operations such as storage, treatment, recycling and valorization.
