Abstract This Decree-Law establishes the second amendment to Decree-Law No. 306/2007 of 27 August, amended by Decree-Law No. 92/2010 of 26 July, establishing the water quality regime for human consumption, with the aim of protecting human health from the harmful effects resulting from the possible contamination of that water and ensuring the universal provision of clean, balanced and clean water in its composition.
