Abstract

This Decree-Law, consisting of 24 articles ensures the execution and guarantees the compliance, for the national legislation, of the obligations arising from the following EU regulations: a) Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 October 2009, concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, hereinafter referred to as Regulation; b) Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011, of the Commission, of 25 May 2011, which implements the Regulation, with regard to the list of approved active substances, and its amendments; c) Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 546/2011, of the Commission, of 10 June 2011, which implements the Regulation, with regard to the uniform principles applicable to the evaluation and authorization of plant protection products; d) Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 547/2011, of the Commission, of 8 June 2011, which implements the Regulation, with regard to the labeling requirements for plant protection products; e) Commission Regulation (EU) No. 283/2013, of 1 March 2013, which sets out the data requirements for active substances, in accordance with the Regulation; f) Commission Regulation (EU) No. 284/2013, of 1 March 2013, which sets out the data requirements for plant protection products, in accordance with Regulation.
