Abstract

This Decree-Law amends articles 1, 3.1 and 4 of Decree-Law No. 283/94 concerning sanitary measures to be applied to the production and placing on the market of mariculture products. It also establishes the competencies of the DGP General Direction of Fishery, as well as veterinary authorization requirements to be satisfied by mariculture factories.
