Abstract This Decree-Law, composed of three articles and one Annex, introduces in the national legal system EC Directive No. 2005/91/CE of 16 December 2005, laying down minimum requirements for the analysis of agricultural plants. Moreover, the Decree-Law amends the Annex of Decree-Law No. 154/2004 of 30 June 2004 and provides, in the Annex, the new minimum required parameters for the analysis.
