Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes veterinary controls to be carried out on within EC Community trade of animal products. It consists of 6 articles and 1 annex specifying the sanitary measures to be applied in order to place on the communitary market the aforementioned products (including products originating from animal). Annex lists animal products not subject to the EC Community provisions.
