This Decree enters into force on 1 September 2009.

Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 80 articles and 37 Annexes, establishes details on: (a) the contents of a project on separate and recognized animal park according to art. 6 pint 4 of the Hunting Act and the contents of a project on separate and recognized pheasants according to art. 7 point 4 of the Act; (b) classifying of a hunting district to qualitative classes and determining of a standard stem with game, age and gender structure and breeding of animals according to art. 8 of the Act; (c) the contents of records on the contracts of owners according to art. 12 of the Act and contracts according to art.13 of the Act; (d) indicators to determine the criteria of breeding of individual species of hoofed animals and age culmination; (e) hunting areas and hunting sites, breeding units, large hunting management according to art. 18 of the Act; (f) the number and type of hunting equipment according to art. 26 point 1c and 1i of the Act, type and quantity of feed and feeding method according to art. 26 point 1m of the Act; (g) training and examination of hunting guard according to art. 27 of the Act; (h) hunter planning, skilled persons and their qualifications according to art. 6, 7 and 30 of the Act; (i) the contents of records kept by users of hunting district and hunting statistics and according to art. 26 point 1c, 1j, 1k and art. 31of the Act; (j) organization hunting training according to art. 50 of the Act; (k) contents of hunting ticket, application for issuing the ticket according to art. 51 of the Act, hunting permits according to art. 53 of the Act; (l) seasons, methods and conditions of hunting according to art. 55, 56, 57 of the Act; (m) specific methods of hunting according to art. 60 and 61 of the Act; (n) types of tests of hunting dogs according to art. 63 and 65 of the Act; (o) ticket of the origin of hoofed animals according to art. 64.
