Abstract The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down detailed provisions to implement the Act on water supply and sewerage systems. It is composed of the following Sections: (1) Definitions; (2) Drawing up of the plan on water supply and sewerage systems development; (3) Records on water supply and sewerage systems; (4) Conditions for issuing the permit to use water supply and sewerage systems; (5) Properties of agreements on water supply and agreements on disposal of waste waters; (6) Method for determining compensation for damages caused by non authorized receiving of waters or non authorized disposal of waste waters; (7) Technical requirements for construction of water pipes; (8) Requirements for filtering waste waters; (9) Indicators of quality of crude water received from surface water resources or from underground water resources to be turned into potable water; (10) Properties of sewerage systems and requirements for analysis of samples of waste waters; (11) Identified amounts of received waters without metering; (12) Technical conditions for metering amounts of supplied water; (13) Method for calculating amounts of disposed waste waters and rainwater in sewage system without metering; (14) Technical audit; (15) Final provisions.
