Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten articles and seven Annexes, establishes, according to art. 62 point h and k of the Air Protection Act: (a) requirements for keeping operational records on a stationary source of air pollution; (b) the range of other data on the stationary source, emissions of pollutants and compliance with the permissible level of air pollution; (c) details of technical-operational parameters and technical-organizational measures including measures to mitigate the course and eliminate the consequences of emergency situations; (d) requirements for the National Emissions Information System, the scope and details of reporting data to the National Emissions Information System and the purpose and scope of the processed information; (e) details of reports on waste incinerators and waste co-incineration facilities; (f) the content of the program for reducing emissions from a stationary source and the content of the data and the method of informing the public.
